"I’ve been a State Farm customer for five years, but my experience with this particular agent has been nothing short of frustrating. I’ve called multiple times about an issue, but no one ever follows up. On top of that, my rates randomly increased with no explanation, and when I tried to get answers, I was met with vague responses. The lack of communication and terrible customer service finally pushed me to walk away. Maybe it’s not State Farm as a whole, but this agent’s office is unresponsive and you mainly have to keep following up on your issue since they never call back."
